In this exhibition, Holbit will present two star products and multi-industry technical capabilities in the form of “product + solution” two-line display:
- Array lens turning prism integrated assembly
Deep integration of high-precision array lenses with custom prisms is designed for 800G / 1.6T transceiver optical paths. With the advantages of ultra-low loss, compact structure and high batch consistency, it has become the annual “explosion” of optical communication customers.
- Laser end cap lens integrated product
Facing the high-power transmission needs of industrial lasers, it has achieved a two-way breakthrough in beam shaping + power tolerance, which can effectively improve the coupling efficiency and enhance the ability to resist burns, and has served many leading laser equipment enterprises.
- 50G PON special optical solution
It includes innovative components such as PBS splitting prism and Z-block, providing core support for the mass production of next-generation PON access network devices. The Zhongshan plant has formed a stable supply capacity of 500,000 pieces per month.
From basic components such as aspherical lenses and micro-prisms, to optical engine integrated components, to customized optical design services, Holbit has achieved the full-chain closed-loop capability of “design-manufacture-application”, providing end-to-end optical solutions for various industries.
